WORK! Talent , LLC. is a boutique agency specializing in TV and Film, Commercial and Print founded by Lead Agent, Raynard Pearson.

Raynard began his career in the performing arts at the age of fourteen.

​

After locating to Los Angeles in 1988, Raynard began working in agencies. Primarily, he developed his skills at the highly regarded TGI/Bloom (now B.B.R.). While affiliated with TGI/Bloom, Raynard oversaw clients in Theatrical, Commercial, Voice Over, and Print Modeling divisions before transitioning to P.T.I. Talent Agency.

Following P.T.I, he accepted a position at CESD (Cunningham, Escott, Slevin, Doherty); One of the top 5 Commercial and Voice Over Agencies in Los Angeles. At CESD, Raynard honed his skills and aided placing actors in large-scale commercial campaigns as well as international print ads, motion pictures, and television programs with major networks such as Disney, Nickelodeon, ABC, NBC, CBS, TNT, and CW.

Subsequently, after a decade of experience at CESD, Raynard desired something more challenging and progressed to Clear Talent Group as the Lead Commercial and Print Agent. CTG is well established as one of the top Dance & Choreography Agencies in Los Angeles. Clients of CTG have appeared in hit TV shows such as "Dancing With The Stars," and "So You Think You Can Dance," and movies like, "Step Up," "Footloose," and "Rock of Ages."

Commercial and Print being his specialty, Raynard is now thriving as the founder of his own venture WORK! Talent. Raynard is always looking for new clients and takes joy in the success of his clients' careers.
